Fundraiser Program



Do you need a dependable Fundraiser for your group or organization? We have five (5) different Fundraiser Catalogs that your group or organization can use to meet your Fundraising needs. If you are looking for a way to raise funds for your Church, School, Scout Troop, Little League Team or other non-profit group or organization, please click on the contact us link at the top of this page and provide us with your contact information, a brief description of your group or organization and your fundraising goals.

We will contact you within two business days to discuss your fundraising goals and to help you decide which Catalog Fundraiser is right for your group or organization. After we discuss your fundraising goals and help you decide which Catalog Fundraiser is right for you, we will mail your group or organization a Fundraiser Kit. This Kit will include a sample order form, catalog, tally sheet, a broken or missing merchandise tally sheet, a fundraiser agreement form, a letter for the parents and other useful information. When we receive your completed and signed fundraiser agreement form, we will mail (or deliver, if within 75 miles) your catalogs and order forms.

There's no up-front cost to your group or organization and there are no hidden fees.

How our Fundraising Program works

  • Cripple Creek Candles provides your group or organization with the catalogs and order forms at no cost.
  • Your group or organization provides a catalog and an order form(s) to each participant.
  • Participants show the catalogs to Family & Friends and take orders and receive payment.
  • All payments, including checks are made to your group or organization.

Completing The Orders

  • All orders will be consolidated and sent to Cripple Creek Candles along with the appropriate percentage of the proceeds (Click on catalogs below for more information), which will cover the cost of the merchandise and the shipping cost of your order.
  • If you are located more than 75 miles from us, we will order your products and have them delivered to your group or organization. If you live within 75 miles of us and would prefer, we can deliver the products to your group or organization.
  • When your group or organization receives the shipment or when we deliver the shipment, you will distribute the products to the participants, so they can deliver the merchandise to their customers and the fundraiser will be completed.
  • ( Please allow up to 3 weeks or 21 days for delivery )

We are committed to making your fundraiser a success.

We will be available to answer all of your questions and to help you with any concerns that you may have about your Fundraising Program. From the start of your Fundraiser to the end, we will be there if you need us. If there are any problems with your order when it arrives, such as broken or missing merchandise, we will re-order and/or replace the merchandise at no cost to your group or organization. We will do whatever it takes to make sure that you and your customers are 100% satisfied, your success is our success.
