Cripple Creek Candles Terms and ConditionsLast updated on 8-04-2008 @ 10:00 P.M.The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Cripple Creek Candles" or "site"). Your use of this site and/or placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these Conditions. Minimum OrdersWe do not have a minimum order. We do not require a Sales Tax ID number or business license, unless your order will be shipped to Oklahoma. If your order will be shipped to Oklahoma and you do not have a Sales Tax ID number, then we are required to charge Oklahoma State Sales Tax. Order CancellationsAll credit card and Paypal orders are processed immediately. You may cancel your order within 1 hour after your purchase, or as long as you have not received a "processing order" email. If we have already processed your order, you will not be allowed to cancel it, since it has already been processed and shipping arrangements have already been made. All cancelled orders will incur a 3% surcharge. Local OrdersLocal orders for candles or body lotions can be picked up at our store during regular business hours. Our business hours are from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday - Friday. If possible, please call 24 hours in advance for pick up orders. Items Not Stocked In Our StoreOur store is not large enough to stock all of our gift and merchandise supplies. If we do not have your item in stock at our store we will place an order for your item and it will ship from our distributor's warehouse. Your order should arrive from our distributor within 7 to 10 business days. Credit CardsThe name on the credit card must match the name on your account, and the address must match the billing address of the credit card. we do not keep your credit card numbers on file in our shopping cart or in our office. You will need to enter your card number each time you place an order. ShippingAll of our orders are shipped by UPS or by USPS. If we decide to use another carrier, we will inform you of the change. We reserve the right to choose whichever carrier we will use to ship your order. Shipping rates are based on the amount of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping. MERCHANDISE DAMAGED OR LOST IN SHIPMENTAll merchandise that is damaged during shipment is covered by the shipping company. If you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, contact the shipping company or freight carrier immediately and file a claim. We will not be held responsible for merchandise that has been damaged or lost by the shipping company or freight carrier, or for delivered packages that have been stolen.
