The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Cripple Creek Candles" or "site"). Your use of this site and/or placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these Conditions.
Minimum Orders
We do not have a minimum order. We do not require a Sales Tax ID number or business license, unless you are applying for a wholesale account. If your order will be shipped to Oklahoma and you do not have a Sales Tax ID number, then we are required to charge Oklahoma State Sales Tax.
Order Cancellations
All credit card and Paypal orders are processed immediately. You may cancel your order within 1 hour after your purchase, or as long as you have not received a "processing order" email. If we have already processed your order, you will not be allowed to cancel it, since it has already been processed and shipping arrangements have already been made. All cancelled orders will incur a 5% surcharge.
Local Orders
Local orders can be picked up during regular business hours. Our business hours are from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday - Friday.
Credit Cards
The name on the credit card must match the name on your account, and the address must match the billing address of the credit card. we do not keep your credit card numbers on file in our shopping cart or in our office. You will need to enter your card number each time you place an order.
Shipping
All of our orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. If we decide to use another carrier, we will inform you of the change. We reserve the right to choose whichever carrier we will use to ship your order. Shipping rates are based on the amount of purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping.
Merchandise Damaged or Lost in Shipment
All merchandise that is damaged during shipment is covered by the shipping company. If you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, contact USPS immediately and file a claim. We will not be held responsible for merchandise that has been damaged or lost by USPS, or for delivered packages that have been stolen.
